Want a more personal approach to Yoga or Pilates? perhaps you’re wanting to dive deeper into a particular aspect of Yoga? Perhaps you’re wanting to refine your movements in Pilates?

These sessions will be individually tailored to you, exploring anything from Asana and mobility. Or perhaps exploring different meditation or Pranayama practices (breath work). Or even exploring topics such as Philosophy. Can be all or none of these. If you have something in mind you want to discover or explore, then get in touch.

These sessions can be in a studio space, or in your own home. (fuel costs may be added depending on location). If it’s reformer Pilates, then it will have to be at the studio, due to the machines and equipment needed.
