FLOW
13.00 - 13.45 PM

This is a 45 minute lunch time Flow. Reinvigorate yourself for the afternoon ahead and anything you need to get done, or perhaps it's the perfect preparation for an afternoon of rest. With a mixture of energising flow, and a calming meditation at the end.

NOW Yoga
18.00 - 19.00 PM

On Monday evenings at Now Studio, we take our time to unravel any stickiness from the weekend, building to a freeing flow and then dropping into a super calming meditation, with candles, blankets, eye pillows, everything you need to settle and relax.

NOW Yoga
7.15 - 8.15 AM

Come join me on Tuesday mornings at Now Studio in Easton. These classes will start soft, and slow, to allow ourself to arrive in the space, and gradually build the tempo to awaken to the new day. We will then end with some softer, slower movement, and plenty of stillness to let the dust settle.

~Wednesday~

Vinyasa Flow
7.45 - 8.30 AM
&
9.15 - 10.30 AM

These 2 classes are fun, strong and flowing classes. Connecting the breath to the movements we flow through.
Suitable for all levels with variations offered, and rest always encouraged.
A meditation to end to absorb the benefits of the practice.

LGBTQIA+ Community Yoga
18.30 - 19.30 PM

If you identify anywhere within LGBTQIA+, and would love a space to move and breath collectively with other people who have probably felt “other” at different points in their life, then this is the space for you. Expect moments of pause and stillness. Moments of movement and challenge. Moments to reconnect to yourself, and perhaps send that connection out to others. These classes are open to ALL who identify within LGBTQIA+, whether you’ve never done yoga, or have been doing it for 20 years… come and move as one.

This class has a sliding scale price list. Those who can afford more will be supporting those facing financial difficulties to also be able to practice. If you genuinally can’t afford anything, then please do get in touch.

“Ryan is a beam of sunshine and his yoga classes reflect that and more. As someone who has never attended Yoga classes before now, I was a bit nervous and hesitate ahead of my first session but I really had no need to be. Ryan made me feel relaxed within minutes of being there and he ensures that everyone feels comfortable.”
